RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Non-sale items (excluding lighting and rugs) can be exchanged or returned for store credit if the store is notified within 7 days of receipt. Manhattan Label does not issue refunds. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Manhattan Label provides shipping labels for returns, however, the customer is responsible for any return delivery fees.  Sale items, discounted items, lighting and rugs are final sale. Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase, so long as the order has not already been picked up by the customer or shipping carrier.

UPON DELIVERY / DAMAGED ITEMS

Please make sure to check all items in your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if anything is missing or damaged and note the missing or damaged items on the delivery receipt. Your items will be replaced as soon as possible. Manhattan Label has a limited warranty policy. Products are not manufactured for commercial use.
